Beautiful sunny days, warm balmy evenings, getting outside on your bike or going for a run…this is what life is all about!! Just being active..it feels good to be alive.
I am hosting the RBC Race for the Kids 5k this weekend at Battersea Park. if your about, pop down and support this fantastic event for such a good cause, over 1500 people will be taking part to raise money for Great Ormond Street. It should be a good, fun family day out with lots of things to keep you entertained throughout the day.
Let’s hope the sun keeps his hat on for a good while longer…
