About Me

Carla Terry  is a Personal Trainer based in Surrey and Hertfordshire.  She has been in the fitness industry for 17 years and has a wealth of experience in training a variety of people with all sorts of injuries, ailments and  fear blocks!

She specialises in Pre and Post Natal fitness, Core stability and strength training, Pilates for rehabilitation and fitness for weight loss.

She is a Personal Trainer and adventurer/adrenalin junkie and  now is a regular on the race scene both as a competitor and Race Reporter for The Fix UK Event Management company.
One of her passion’s lies in competing in adventure races, triathlons and half marathons. The more challenging the better.

When she’s not competing, her other passion is helping others to achieve their goals and inspiring others to believe in themselves. Anything really is possible.
