Outdoor fitness is the way forward

I have been exercising for 17 years plus. I’ve never seen it as chore, in fact I love it, always have, always will. It is a priority in my life, my health comes first. I used to be a gym junkie for many many years, hated running outside and would always choose the warmth and comfort of a gym environment to exercise in. That all changed when I took part in a 5 week super fitness challenge which involved me training outdoors in all weather conditions in many different terrains. Admittedly I was pushed to the max, but I was at my absolute peak in terms of fitness.

I now only train outside, the outdoors is a free gym waiting for you to explore and make the most of.

The gym made me obsess about my weight, and how I looked in all the mirrors.. The outdoors makes me feel good to be alive and invigorated.

I know which I prefer……….
